Textile collection
With over 900 collection bins, Curitas collects 5 million kilograms of clothing, shoes, and textiles annually. In addition to our own collection efforts, we collaborate with our network of municipalities, non-profit organizations, and retailers. By establishing an effective collection structure, we minimize the destruction of valuable raw materials while simultaneously saving on incineration costs.
We always have the textiles we collect sorted within the Netherlands. In doing so, we preserve (social) employment opportunities in the Netherlands and can guarantee that the textiles are sorted with a strong focus on sustainability.
Textile Management
Transparency and traceability of used textiles collected are an integral part of our operations. We offer this service to you as a collection company as well. We ensure that you receive sorting analyses and valorisation reports regarding the used textiles you have collected from our sorting partners.
